What am I responsible for?
1. Support
You must provide support to your own customers. This allows them to see you as the webhost provider. If any questions should arise that you are unsure of, Calipsys representatives are available to answer questions directly related to the services we are providing.

2. Billing
You will be billed directly for the accounts that you reseller. It is your responsibility to keep track of your clients and bill them for the amounts they owe you.

3. Agreements
It is your responibility to have your clients review the terms of service, the acceptable use policy and the copyright infringement policy. If any of these are not upheld, the resold account may be terminated and your client must be held responsible.

What are my costs?
There is no signup fee. There is no setup fee. Your only cost is a $19.95 per month charge which will be billed to your credit card. In addition, you will be charged at the discounted rates described above for each account you resell.
